2005 MIKE FRANCOIS
I shot the 2005 MIKE FRANCOIS CLASSIC yesterday for the third year in a row. I would like to thank MIKE and his wife SHANNAN for always being gracious hosts and welcoming me to their event. I am also glad to report that both JOE THOMAS and LISA MILES won the overall titles. JOE looked awesome onstage with an outstanding physique. His muscularity and symmetry were top notch as was his stage presence. The kid has just been signed to IDS nutrition and also landed the starring role in the upcoming BEOWULF movie that starts filming next month. Its no wonder he walked onstage like he owned it. His confidence has got to be peaking. With all that said, Joe is a pretty laid back and cool guy. Glad to see him get his first overall title. The overalls for the women was a tough one but LISA MILES did have an edge and deserved the win. I have known her for a few years now and I have seen the transformation she has gone thru and I am glad to see her finally get a title.
